Jordyn + Logan: September 16, 2023

Jordyn + Logan may have had a hurricane in the forecast for their wedding day, but their optimism paid off and the rain held off until the end of the night! We were blessed with beautiful weather for their wedding at Rustic Pines Farms in Boaz, and tons of friends and family turned up to celebrate the couple. Jordyn chose the perfect color palette for a late summer wedding, and the venue was decorated with just the right amount of color to compliment the space. I am so excited to share this last summer wedding with you all before we head into the fall season!

Jordyn’s dress was simple but full of romantic details, from the lace bodice to the extended train. Her cathedral length veil added drama without detracting from the dress.

Those smiles!! Jordyn + Logan’s first look was so sweet– I just love the excitement on their faces!

Even though we avoided the storms, we did have some wind which really worked in our favor to show off Jordyn’s beautiful veil.

How stunning is Jordyn’s bouquet? I love the natural shape and soft colors, which coordinated with her bridesmaids’ dresses.

The reception barn made the perfect backdrop for portraits before the ceremony. I love when venues have plenty of different options for my couples’ photos.

Luckily we had enough time to grab some portraits at the ceremony site before the wedding. It’s so special to have these photos in the same location where Jordyn + Logan would become husband and wife later in the day.

How great does this group look? They were so easy to work with, and we were able to roll through wedding party portraits so quickly.

The bridesmaids’ bouquets were such a pretty compliment to their dresses– coordinating, without being too matchy-matchy.

Flower girl Emmy stole the show all day, but especially during the ceremony! How cute is her little thumbs up to her dad?

Jordyn’s grandfather prayed a special prayer over the couple, and I don’t think there was a dry eye in the house. I love when couples included special moments like this in their ceremony.

Instead of a grooms cake, Logan opted for a cheesecake table with various cheesecakes and toppings. I know guests loved having the option of cake or cheesecake (or a bit of both!)

Emmy may have crashed Logan’s dance with his mom, but I don’t think they were too upset about it!

These guests came ready to party! The dance floor was full of people have a blast.

A bubble exit followed by a misty drive in the getaway car was the perfect ending to Jordyn + Logan’s fairytale wedding day. We were so honored to be able to capture their big day, and loved getting to spend time with so many genuinely sweet people. Thank you to the new Mr. + Mrs. Wilborn for having us and congratulations on your next adventure!
