Peyton + Daniel: December 15, 2018

I don’t shoot a lot of winter weddings, but when I do they always knock my socks off! Peyton and Daniel’s wedding day was no exception. From an elegant evening ceremony to their winter wonderland reception, I loved every minute of it. Typically my weddings are held at one location, but this couple decided to have a church wedding at Broadway Baptist Church’s chapel followed by a reception at The Barn at Blue Pond, and both were decorated to perfection to fit the winter theme. Peyton and Daniel are total naturals in front of the camera, which I learned during their engagement session a few months ago. Fun fact: while I was shooting this couple’s engagement picture, my then-boyfriend/now-husband was planning his proposal literally 50 yards away from our shooting location and I had NO idea! So needless to say, these two share a special place in my heart because I will always connect them with that day. On their own wedding day, Peyton looked like a fairytale princess in her amazing wedding dress (yes ladies, it had pockets!) and she was surrounded by some seriously beautiful bridesmaids. Peyton and Daniel also might win the award for cutest flower girl/ring bearer combo because Peyton’s niece and nephew stole the show! We loved working with the Johnson and Richey families and seeing all their hard work come to fruition on a perfect wedding day!
