To celebrate my cousin getting married tomorrow, I wanted to share some of my favorite images from her and Trey’s engagement session last fall! I love when clients have unique ideas that make their sessions more special to them, and Devin knew exactly where she wanted to do her engagement session. We started with a hike through the woods to a cabin her grandfather built years ago, where she used to play as a child. Devin and Trey’s dalmatian Ember led the way for us, and was the perfect model once we got there! On the way to another special location, we made a sentimental pit stop– the church where Devin’s parents got married! If you’re from the area, you probably recognize this chapel built into a huge rock near Mentone. We ended our session exploring Trey’s family land and I got the full tour! We drove quite literally over the river and through the woods to explore some beautiful areas that I know meant a lot to both Devin and Trey. I hope you enjoy their engagement session, because in just a few days you’ll be seeing many more photos of their smiling faces as I share their wedding day here on the blog!
