Lainey + Ethan: November 16, 2024

We celebrated our last wedding of 2024 with Lainey + Ethan at beautiful Dry Creek Chapel on a perfect November day. I first met Lainey + Ethan when I photographed them before prom several years ago, and I just love the full circle moment of being able to capture their wedding day after first meeting them as high school sweethearts. You can tell from the way they interact that Lainey + Ethan were made for each other– those big smiles don’t lie! Keep scrolling to view all the smiles, laughter and best moments of their day.

From their matching PJs to their gorgeous dresses, Lainey choose classic black for her bridesmaids’ looks. I honestly think you can’t go wrong with black + white!

First look with all her besties! These girls took such good care of Lainey on her wedding day and kept her grounded through the chaos.

Just look at those smiles! Pure joy when they saw each other for the first time on their wedding day.

Lainey + Ethan read their heartfelt vows in private shortly after their first look. I love when couples do this, as they’re much more relaxed reading them to each other alone instead of during the ceremony in front of so many people.

The light on this day was absolutely magical! It added the perfect warm glow to all our images.

The dress, the veil– obsessed with it all! Lainey’s look was the perfect mix of simplicity and elegance.

Photos in front of the chapel are a must when you’re getting married at Dry Creek!

Lainey + Ethan’s wedding party was full of the most supportive friends and family! They were so fun and easy to work with.

I love that Lainey chose bridesmaids dresses in the same color and fabric but allowed her girls to choose a silhouette that best suited them.

Lainey + Ethan’s ceremony was short and sweet, and they walked out of the chapel as Mr. + Mrs. Hope!

Lainey’s sister Mia and Ethan’s brother Owen gave great speeches during the reception. They shared sweet memories, well wishes, and maybe an inappropriate joke or two.

Lainey + Ethan, thank you so much for allowing me to photograph your wedding day. I loved being able to capture all the joy that surrounded you both on this perfect day. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for you! Congratulations, Mr. + Mrs. Hope!
