Elizabeth + Devon were married in 2020, but due to deployments and Covid, they weren’t able to have a celebration with family and friends until now. As life continued to throw surprises their way, Elizabeth found out she was pregnant with TWINS and due in January. Needless to say, I was so excited to hear that my clients would not only be getting married (again) but also becoming parents soon. It was an honor to photograph Elizabeth + Devon’s wedding day at one of my favorite places, Infinity Event Venue. We were blessed with clear, sunny skies that helped offset the chill, and spotlighted the gorgeous bluff view. Keep scrolling to relive this beautiful wedding day!
I love the simplicity of Elizabeth’s dress, as well as the accessories she chose. The pops of red and burgundy were the perfect accent against an all white palette.
Devon and his groomsmen got ready in Infinity’s groom’s lounge, and even had enough time before the ceremony to play some pool and watch football on the flat screens. This was such a chill wedding day, and we really enjoyed getting to hang out with everyone and take it all in.
Elizabeth + Devon wrote private vows that they each read before the ceremony. It was so sweet to see their expressions change as they went through so many different emotions in their letters.
Classic black suits and the perfect wine colored bridesmaids’ dresses– what more could you ask for for a late fall wedding?
Elizabeth made an absolutely stunning bride! I incorporated a few maternity-style poses into her portraits, to commemorate her girls being there with her on this special day.
I’ll never get tired of this view. Breathtaking!
I love that the girls had matching denim jackets to throw on as the sun went down. The breeze off the bluff was getting pretty fierce, and these ladies handled it like champs!
Elizabeth + Devon took some time to relax and eat in private before we continued with their bride + groom portraits after the ceremony. It was so nice to have plenty of time to take things slow and be able to enjoy the day.
We loved Elizabeth’s tiered veil and being able to use it for some fun shots! There’s so many ways you can incorporate a veil into wedding portraits and it’s always fun to see what kind of images I can create.
After some dancing and cake cutting, we snuck away for a few sunset photos with that famous Infinity view. I love that Elizabeth included her fur coat for a few shots– it gave the images such an old Hollywood vibe!
Elizabeth + Devon’s wedding day was a joy to photograph and I’m so thankful to them for having us there. These two have some big life changes coming up, but if anyone can handle it, I know they can. Mr. + Mrs. Pearce, congratulations on a perfect wedding day and we wish you lots of blessings in the future!
