Jamie + Jeremy: April 24, 2021

The forecast wasn’t great for Jamie and Jeremy’s wedding day, but you wouldn’t have known that from the excitement on their faces. Luckily, we had beautiful weather for the majority of the day and only had to deal with one rain shower! Even though their venue, Wedding Chapel on The Mountain does have a gorgeous chapel on property, this couple was able to have their ceremony outside in the garden area just like they planned. As they read their handwritten vows under the glowing lights, with the waterfall bubbling just behind them, I think everyone got a little teary eyed. I love working with Jamie and Jeremy because their love is so obvious in everything they do– you can *feel* their connection just by being near them. And that makes my job so easy, because you can’t fake that– when it comes naturally, posing is a breeze. One of my favorite things about their day (apart from Jamie’s incredible wedding dress– like, are you kidding me? It is PERFECT) was the way they incorporated their daughters in every part of the day. The focus was not on becoming a married couple, but becoming a family of four. From their family sand ceremony to their cake topper, McKenna and Kinley were included in so many aspects of the wedding day. I am so thankful that Jamie and Jeremy choose me to be their wedding photograph and be there to capture their big day. It marked the start of a busy wedding season and I couldn’t have asked for a better couple to kick things off with. Congrats, Mr. + Mrs. Miller!
