Lexi + Patrick: October 17, 2020

For our last double wedding weekend of the year, we made our way to Arab for Lexi and Pat’s laidback, backyard wedding. After being forced to postpone their wedding due to Covid and make some changes, they were finally married on their farm, surrounded by their closest friends, and family from all over. Nearby were their beloved dogs, one rambunctious cat and two beautiful horses. I’ll have to share their engagement session in a future blog post, as the horses and pups played a major part! I couldn’t have asked for a beautiful area to photograph in– huge trees with broad limbs, an endless fence line and lots of glowing sunlight. A couple highlights came early in the day while we were shooting details: the first being Lexi’s amazing cowgirl boots, which she had to show off to Pat during their first look! The second was the bottle of wine we photographed, which they made themselves and bottled for guests to take home– how cool is that?! We were so honored to be a part of their day, and I know it was worth the wait for them. Congrats, Mr. + Mrs. Griffith!
