When Kala first contacted me and asked about meeting for her and Andy’s wedding consult at the venue, I thought “what a great idea!” I would be able to get a feel for the place and see what I was working with beforehand. Then she told me it would be at the Guntersville Senior Center and I was a little more apprehensive. But what I soon found out was that the center has the most beautiful lakeside ceremony area, and is situated beside a park full of trees, which were at the peak of their fall color last weekend. Whatever doubts I had about the venue were quickly dismissed and I think we got some beautiful images of Kala and Andy! One of my favorite parts of the day was their non-traditional first look. Instead of it just being the two of them, Kala chose to incorporate Andy’s two sons, Gabe and Luke, as well. I loved seeing the look on everyone’s faces when they turned to see Kala in her dress. This sweet family was so laid back and easy going, my job was a breeze! Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Allison!
