Kaitlyn >> 2017 Fort Payne Senior

If I were to make a billboard for Fort Payne seniors, I think I would have to use some of the images from Kaitlyn’s session! She is a true wildcat, and we fully incorporated that into her senior session! We started at one of my favorite spots on campus– the football stadium. We got some super cute shots of Kaitlyn in her cheer uniform before moving up to the school for some cap and gown pictures. I especially loved how she brought her acceptance letter from the University of Alabama (can I get a Roll Tide?!) and I’m crossing my fingers that I’ll make it down to Tuscaloosa in the spring for a few sessions!

After leaving the high school, we headed up to the ridge for Kaitlyn’s more casual outfits. I have a slight obsession with her embroidered romper and loved pairing it with a camel colored floppy-brimmed hat from the KC Photo closet. We had beautiful color in the trees and the mountains in the background, and the bright magenta in the romper really popped against the other colors.

As the light started to fade, Kaitlyn changed into her last outfit– a cute and casual look with ripped jeans and a pink corduroy jacket. We had some fun with these last few poses, including lots of twirling and of course the “runway walk” with a beautiful view of the mountains all around us. I loved getting to meet Kaitlyn, and how she turned her session into a fun event by bringing her mom and one of her best friends along. Each senior session is special to me, and I want to make sure my seniors have a fun experience that they’ll want to tell others about!
