Patrick + Rachel >> Married

Engagements are some of my favorite sessions to shoot, but even better than that may be married couples! There’s something about that level of comfort they have with each other that really translates on camera. And the longer they’ve been together, the better! That’s why I was so looking forward to shooting with Rachel and Patrick, who’ve been married for a few years now. Rachel showed up in her wedding dress so we could get a few shots since she didn’t love their wedding photos. After that we got plenty of fun (and funny) moments, including the moment when I realized I should really rephrase some of the things I say while shooting (Example:”Alright, now gimme a little kiss!” …obviously I’m telling the couple to kiss, but I should probably think of a better way to say that!) …And it’s no secret that I love when fur babies come along to get their picture made, so even when these two pups weren’t cooperating, they were still super adorable 😉
