There’s two things I really, really love when it comes to photographing kids: 1. Getting to see my repeat customers grow up right in front of my lens and 2. SMASH CAKES. My goodness, how I adore watching a birthday baby absolutely destroy a cake. And Braxtyn got into his like no 1 year old I’ve seen before! He was loving the icing (in big ole globs) and squishing up the cake between his fingers, just before slinging it everywhere. I think the last picture really says it all– and I’m guessing this cutie was up for quite awhile following our session 😉
